Wonderful story, i love how you've woven the canons together. Frank and Richie really do seem like a good fit, and i love the ending, of course it had happened to Methos first.

Thank you :) Highlander and Kindred were quite easy to mix, given the time frame and type of fandoms, but it was still fun. I think Frank and Richie will get each other into heaps of trouble and enjoy every moment of it ;).

Everything's happened to Methos first; it's a rule ::g::

Yeah, would explain how he managed to get one up on everyone and live so long ;)

I do like torturing Richie, he was the first person I tortured online, y'know ;) Had been doing it with other characters for a while, but he was the first one I wrote about and put out there.

more than that.. Methos comes across as extraordinarily educated but with that hint of wildness underneath.. not caged wolf but wild wolf defending territory, pack and cubs.. Duncan and Richie 'feel' civilized and under the veneer he Isn't.. and I don't think it's all his age..

Whoa! Those were some surprises you threw at us in the last chapter. Finding out that Frank is actually Immortal was a cool twist, but the ending was just plain genius *chuckles*!

It's a very long time since I wrote the original, but I think that that last scene might have been part of the reason I wrote the whole thing. It's the type of thing that gets me going onto a bunny ::g::

*headdesk* I didn't even notice the icon was more than fitting (I've been running around with that one for years, because I'm so enamoured with dancing!Duncan)!

And I can totally see a scenario where you'd write a whole story just for this one scene. Those things tend to pester you until you do something with them...

Btw, I saw you also write "Blood Ties" - have to check out those one of these days.

*bounces* You won't believe the geeked out squeel of glee I made when I saw this fic. I read the original YEARS ago (I think I still have a copy saved to floppy disk somewhere *G*), and I am beyond happy that you decided to give it a rewrite. I always wished you'd done a sequel. *bounces some more* I'm putting this in my ofline fic library asap!

BTW, in case no one's told you, the picture of Richie on in the first chapter is broken.
