This morning, my cough got to be so bad that I started dry heaving a few times. I was thinking to myself, "This is it, this is it," but nothing actually came up. Even though it was a horribly scary moment, I came to realize that I can't control vomitting, and when it happens, it will have to happen. And I'll be okay afterward. One small step in my

i went 13 years without vomitting too. and then one day it all came crashing down. worst thing ever.
