My Aunt had a similar situation to that last summer in Key West. She got "pulled over" by a bike cop after stopping, then going through, a red light. Apparently if you don't follow the traffic rules on your bike, you can actually lose your driver's lisence for a while. I couldn't believe it until I looked it up.
