My boyfriend left today, so this is the last bento I'll make him for a very long time. We took these to the airport so we wouldn't have to buy expensive airport food. They're not very colorful, but we weren't feeling too colorful today either:

have you ever tried the egg beaters whites? my husband occasionally goes the extra mile and makes me egg white omelets, and i'm thinking those egg beater whites might be perfect.
