Thanks!

Quick Cheesey Drop Biscuits

1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
handful grated cheese
1/3 c milk
1/6 c oil

Oven at 400 F. Mix dry ingredients plus cheese. Add liquid ingredients all at once (the easy way to measure it is to take a pyrex measuring cup, pour in 1/3 c milk, then add oil to the 1/2 c line). Stir with a fork. Drop spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for about 11 minutes. Makes about a dozen.
