Here's the link to the post preceding this one in order... and come to think about it, here's the link to the one preceding that one.

The uniformed man flips open the small manila folder. It has a photograph of a man paperclipped to the upper left corner on the right flap. Beneath the photo is some paperwork, incuding a birth certificate. "Reuben Kurtis Rex" was the name printed as the person belonging to this document... In fact, all the papers in this folder regarded this man named Reuben Rex.

It just so happens that Mr. Rex ran out of a hospital yesterday, causing quite a disturbance. The uniformed man has a job to do. That job is to figure out what the hell happened. The uniformed man has been given clearance higher than he's ever been given before, actually, and he's a little afraid. He flips through the papers in the file hoping to gleam some information about the three incidents that surround this unfortunate man.

The engraved nameplate on the man's desk label this man as "Drystan Ulbrecht" He is tired and worn out as the coffee stain on his sleeve and the dark bags under his eyes can attest to. He's been up all night trying to do basic math with the facts, adding one and one and trying hard as hell to get the number two from those pages and the knowlege he holds in his head.

It doesn't seem to work though. Reuben hadn't deviated from his normal procedures at all in the past week and that is what's bothering Mr. Drystan Ulbrecht. Not to mention that the site is over one thousand miles southwest. How the hell can this happen so far away? Officials though it was Isolated.

How he is starting to loath this new clearence he's aquired. It's nearly above the president's level of clearence. It let's him know things. Things that need to be known in order to work with the small file he's perusing right now along with the others scattered on his desk, seven in all.

Drystan picks up the phone and orders more coffee and food. It's going to be a long night. Longer than it has already been.
