Anywho, my mom just graduated from the graduate part of SNHU. She is quite proud of that place. I also have a friend who goes there for Sports Management. I'll talk to him, maybe you can chat online or something and maybe he can show you around...but maybe not because i havent seen him in a year and i barely talk to him anymore, but hey, he's cool. My mom was telling me about UNH (she's a ridiculously proud alumni of UNH) and their hotel and restaraunt management school or whatever. I say check into that as well, she said it is a very very good program. She told me so I could tell Don about it, and you being the lucky boy that you are, can learn from the wisdom that is bestowed upon me. or maybe just lose to me at poker. ahem.

Hey Ben! I love poker and I also watch world series/celeb poker constantly, but I suck. I actually won my first couple of hands Friday night so yay. We should play when I come out and we get our real hanging out real friends time in, eh? You'll probably beat me but I'll get practice. :)
Actually I have a really good idea of where you can go for Culinary. My college, Johnson & Wales University, has campuses all over the east coast. (I go to the one in Denver, CO) Most are in the south, (NC, SC, FL, VA) but there's also a campus in Rhode Island, and for some reason I'm picturing you as wanting to stay in the NE area. ? Correct me if I'm wrong. The reason I rambled on like that is because the university happens to be a very prestigous Culinary Institute. I'm going for marketing degrees, but it's REALLY well known for it's Culinary school. Soooooo yeah. it's www.jwu.edu if you wanna check it out, that part just caught my eye and I thought I'd pass that on. :)
I have heard of Johnson & Wales, but i heard from people that it wasn't as good a school. But if you suggest it, then i will definately look into it more.
And i am definately down for some poker playing. it won't be as awkward for us if we have something to do! this is turning out to be a very good game-plan.
and you were right, i do want to stay in the NE area.
BAM! I knew it. (that you wanted to stay) JWU is a good school, it's not like huge or hard to get into, but if it wasn't "good" I wouldn't be going there lol!! The best thing about the school is that they have massive connections in the business world, and their employment rate is one of the highest around. Anyway, I definitely suggest it and wish you luck in your search.

i totally just took a break from watching celebrity poker on bravo. i'm like obsessed. So don't be too dissapointed if i cream you in october. but this could all be a clever bluff by calijess that will turn on me in the end. who knows....
