I thought you've killed Sungmin when I read the first paragraph. I was like T.T NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. But as I kept reading, Sungmin has been in a coma for 3 years. That's like, the same.

And Hyomin died. Even though the hate for her is there, but I pity her. She must have loss her sense of bearing when she saw them kissing at the park. That must have triggered that green-eyed monster in her.

And Sungmin's brother was the donor. And Ri In will be married to Siwon. Everyone in the story seems to be connected to one another.
