This is (one of?) the first fic(s) I've read in this fandom...and it didn't really matter that I have only a vague idea who your boys are. The story was interesting enough to draw me in anyway.

I like how you managed to make the story flow nicely. Also, you showed their relationship and family situation very well.

It's still very weird for me to read fic about someone named Jensen, though. In my head, that's a surname - a very common one, even. So, his name just gives me the giggles :-)

Aw, thank you so much! It's a great compliment that you'd read it even though it's not your fandom. I never read outside SPN anymore, so it's a great compliment that the fic seemed interesting enough to you that you'd read it still.

I'm also very, very happy that you enjoyed the fic and that it worked for you.

Jensen once said that he was named after a Dutch surname and that his mother liked it as a first name. Though I don't think Jensen sounds particularly Dutch. Scandinavian, sure, but not Dutch. Yet it must be a little weird to see it somewhere else as a first name.
