just catching up on this now (going through 2007's bigbang list) and even though I'm DYING to get started on part 7, I just had to say this... this: "and fuck no, Jared did not think about the sex toy of doom that triggered the downfall of his heterosexuality." is, like, one of the most brilliant lines in the history of the world, ever. I just DIED laughing, and it was a pretty perfect thing - I was all incoherent over TEH hot secks (yay for Jared topping and Jensen being all awesome!) and this line was a wonderful way to remind us that Jared is still just a tiny bit scared, but happy. Awesome.

Glad you enjoyed this particular line and the sex. :D I am a firm believer that when you're gay or bi it takes a while until you become comfortable with it. It just doesn't happen overnight, so yeah, Jared being scared was a must.
