What am I gonna tell a doctor about depression when I feel fine?
Don't worry about that, you can still go there and tell him how you felt and ask for advice on what to do next time it might hit you.
I also don't really know what to tell my therapist, because I don't know where my depression is coming from this time. I might have an idea, but I'm not sure at all. But you know what? That's what therapists and doctors are here for - finding out what's wrong with us and making us feel better.
And I guess there's still the fact that suicidal thoughts are serious, whether you have them for a day or five.
