Plenty of people take pictures of trains, but with the exception of photo shoots for
GE, it is rare that full-sized trains are there as models. With that in mind, someone at the
Mass Bay Railroad enthusiasts had a brilliant idea: charter a steam train for a day to do a photo shoot.
This unique event will feature multiple photo stops and photo runbys starring Conway Scenic’s 0-6-0 #7470 (built by the Grand Trunk Railroad in 1921) in the lead.... At Sawyer River the 7470 will run around the train to lead us back to North Conway...
I got the route information and will be driving alongside. It should be a great opportunity to play with my new camera.
