With mew0422's help on the study design, she, her mother, and I all did a three-way double-blind taste test among Coke, Passover Coke, and Coke Zero.

Protocol

To double-blind ourselves, one of us affixed labels, A, B, and C, to the bottom of three identical glasses. Another filled each glass, noting which was labeled as which, and the third ( Read more... )

Yes. All three had reached refrigerator temperature.

Excellent. Well executed.

Incidentally, (you probably already know this) I'm told that this stuff is available year-round in Mexican / Latin American groceries, even in the States. Apparently nations that don't institute ridiculous corn subsidies don't have to consume so many tons of it, and therefore don't put it in everything, and their expats import it.
