Oh I loved this so much. And now that you've said you'll write all the babyfic...you know you have to, right? Because, man, now I want more babyfic - lots and lots of it. With Eleven talking baby - oooh, can River do that too? - and them being overprotective, and their kid learning about the whole non-linear thing. I can't wait to be killed with the adorableness. :D

I am weirdly attached to Blue as an OC, so IT COULD HAPPEN.

We shall see. XD

Someone else on LJ dressed her little toddler up as mini-Eleven, and it was the most adorable thing ever.

I remember that! Just kjfldskjfdlksfjldks. Seriously, self, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE CHILDREN UNTIL YOU FINISH UNIVERSITY.

Excuse me while I hide my phone and handcuff myself to my bed... or a wall... or some other immovable object.

Oh, this was fantastic, so wish-fulfilling and in character at the same time. :)

I really did laugh at that line: Rory manages to distract the Doctor with a game of chess using tiny magnetic pieces (more accurately, he manages to distract the Doctor by starting a game of chess with tiny magnetic pieces that move on their own, and succeeds because the Doctor then finds it necessary to take it apart and study it because he’s never seen one before).
I can see the Doctor being so nervous and killing time like that. Well done! :)

I don't think it's necessarily out of character for River and the Doctor to have children, though I don't necessarily think they'd go about it intentionally (at least not the first one and, well, we all know that the TARDIS seems to have a thing against contraception). I guess it really depends on how they're written as reacting to it and how they handle it in general--I'm glad you think I've done a believable job of that :)
