Wow, this will be interesting. How long can they keep te charade up? Will Mike, Molly and Bill manage without their human compass? Lovely, exciting story.

All the little nods make me so happy. Of course Molly would have the Shade skill... :)

Trying to think what Sherlock could be. Laguz seems likely, raven would be the obvious choice for that one perhaps....

It fits her much too well.

I like to see the thought processes going on here. So far, it's one vote for raven, one vote for branded and some wondering about dragon.

Oh gosh, branded is true too. But then I have to wonder, who in the Holmes lineage would that trace to? They seem like much too prideful a family to mix bloodlines...but perhaps that's just fanon. :) I can see dragon, definitely, though then I think they'd have to be black dragons and that's.... well, the politics are perfect for Mycroft actually haha.
In the very least, Sherlock's knowledge of Kilvas could be attributed to him hailing from there (possible), being another laguz (also possible), or simply being a well-informed and well-traveled beorc (also possible, but doesn't seem very exciting :P).

edit: and addressing Sherlock being non-dragon laguz but showing no signs of other physical traits, if his hair were shaggy enough he could have gotten away with pointed ears more or less, and there was one scene in PoR where Naesala wore the Daein armor without his wings sticking out so assuming that's "canon" (and you've accepted it into this fusion) they can hide their wings against their back enough to fit beorc clothing...

Mycroft would go nuts with all the non-interference, I'd think. He'd definitely play an amazing waiting game, though. (And we all know the least exciting option can never be true with Sherlock. Well-informed, yes. Boring, no.)

Considering the stunt Lehran pulled for literally centuries with no one noticing his wings, I'd say the wing hiding has to be canon. Absurd, but canon.

Ahh, I'm so worried about them. D: I was kind of hoping that John's group would meet up with the Greil Mercenaries, but it doesn't seem that likely now... :(

But at least Sherlock and John are still alive..! And I'm still trying to figure out what Sherlock is. Branded, half-bird, maybe? The lack of obvious physical differences - no wings/ears/tail - makes me think that if he is a laguz, he's a dragon..? Idk.

I decided early on that this would be a fusion without the characters spilling over. So only the Sherlock cast, only the Tellius setting.

I'm loving the thought process here.

uhoh...but more opportunity for bonding :P

very exciting and you've done a good job of clearly depicting the crossover universe. waiting patiently for the next part (although I should just hold on until it's completed but I have no self control, so I suffer for it) :)
