Absolutely wonderful! I love how easy their communication is; it really shows that they've been in this relationship a while. It rings very true to me that Sherlock would get less enthusiastic about stuff they've done so often before, and it's lovely the way they manage to navigate it and talk about it frankly without it degenerating into drama - and of course, the sex is really very well-done. :) Great work!
