The one who gripped you tight*

I've been paying more attention to the visual aspects of Supernatural recently, discovering neat little parallels. The following parallel, however, surprised me so much it smacked me upside the head. ( Exclamation points! )

fandom: analysis, tv: screencaps, tv: supernatural

Thanks!

I've got all this flail left-over from last week's Doctor Who and stored up for Supernatural's finale that I just keep finding little flail-worthy nuggets.

FTW indeed! I loved the Idriss!TARDIS! Although I've now discovered that a crying Matt Smith makes me very, very sad.

Castiel throwing Crowley into the wall was a thing of beauty! Unf indead! And when he crowded into Crowley's face all, "leave. now."? Ngh.

And Crowley did promise happy endings "with all possible entendres" for them, so we all know he's thinking it ;)

On a more serious note, Castiel is being a bit "whorish" in that he's compromising his morals and who he'd work with in return for cash (or souls). And Crowley's being a bit of a pimp, trying to make sure Castiel doesn't kill himself so he can still rake in the bling.

PS: Icon twins!

I completely agree with mrscastielftw!

Are you serious about the "you breed with the mouth of a goat" bit, though? XD

Are you serious about the "you breed with the mouth of a goat" bit - Nah, not really, just that it's the same situation. In 99 Problems what we thought was a prophet and a super-quick exocrism turned out to be an evil monster and a sort of secret handshake that meant "okay, now you demons play along with our fake exorcism thing". So Crowley did the same - fed Samuel a false angel banishment sign and Castiel pretended to be banished.

So, the short version is, metaphorically, yes, it's totally graffiti for "you breed with the mouth of a goat" ;)

XD I've just got Castiel's "it's funnier in enochian" failed joke seared into my brain, so I've got everything involving that part of the episode down.

I have such a bad memory when it comes to Supernatural - Drunk Castiel! How could you forget drunk Cas?
