Eric is the ultimate reason to watch True Blood. The sexy, sexy reason. Oh hai lack of shirt and low-slung pants! (Assorted funny scenes!

Basically, he was a viking, now a vamp who governs his own little piece of Louisiana and runs a vampire-themed bar (ever since vamps "came out of the coffin" to the rest of the world). The bar, of course, is called Fangtasia. Also, he's awesome and manipulative and 9probably) not evil.

Yeah, there's a lot of reviews on 6x01. I've been meaning to jot down my own 2 cents, but I've been a bit swamped playing catch-up with everything. Anywho, I liked it and I didn't and I'm going to give the season time to rev up the awesomesauce.
