I went to two bike shops today and thus got an estimate of what my bike's worth. I've got one guy interested in buying it, so we'll see how my haggling skills go on Saturday. I also think I've got someone interested in my wardrobe, which is awesome. I went to the Hague for a wander about and to see what I could get for some second-hand books,

I tried to sell some of my books once at a used bookstore, and they said they would give me ten cents per book. Boo.

They're offering 1.50 per book, which is abysmal, and there's one book - a horror story anthology - that no one wants, which makes me feel so sorry for it.

Moving especially sucks if you're a pack rat like me and hang on to things like mad because things is all I've got.

The word would be the slang jonesing, or, if you've been needing that fix for a long time, withdrawal, which looks a little bit like this or in extreme cases, like this. ;)
