Today was spent running a single errand which involved taking the train to the Hague, then the tram to the ass-end of the city (it was beyond my city map) and slipping along ice fields to the closest DHL to send an envelope bearing a health insurance card. Not counting transport, this stint cost fifty-eight mother-lovin' euros. For an envelope!

The man with the astounding arms is character Rorschach of Watchmen (2009). The scene where that's from - my favorite bit of the film - is here.
He's played by actor Jackie Earle Haley who totally does not look (or sound) like that in real life.
