Today has been a glorious day. The heat finally went away. It's going to return tomorrow, sadly. But, today was just beautiful

We've had a string of good weather out here lately, too. I always try to force myself to soak up some sun and get some exercise, even if all I do is take a walk. I'm so proud of you that you keep up with your exercise - even when it gets tough. Even when you have a bad day and beat yourself up a bit about it, you still get yourself back to getting some exercise and never give up.
