How did this happen? My electric bill last month was $15. "Wow!" I'd thought at the time.

This month's just came- over $50. I don't understand what changed and I want to cry now.

Here are some theories

a) You had a credit applied to last months bill that you weren't aware of

b) Youre check didn't make it to last month's bill so now you have a past due amount.

c) You accidentally left your oven on all day.

Well, I talked it over with my mom. It seems the air conditioning is to blame. Its been so hot in Utah (average August temp. 83, so far) so I guess that's it.

*shrug* But she's right, I do need it. If it was off, I'd die. I can't even open up my house here at night, it stays in the 70s! Ack.
