Kingdom university: hurrah for Flintheath and its splendid event

This was actually over a week ago now, so my post is a bit late.

We'd booked early for this year's kingdom university, taking advantage of the lovely Buckden Towers in Cambridgeshire. I just barely managed to fake my way through! I'm pretty sure that I have done the dance before, but I'm suspecting its not been for a long time, which made picking up up an interesting experience!

And yes, authorisation tend to vary quite a lot depending on who is running them, whether they have seen the person trying to authorise fence much (or at all, and so on). Its useful as a marshal, as I find that pretty much everyone has interesting useful tricks or questions or something to bring.
