O.M.G. I am completely unable to decide whether I'm more in awe of their editing skillz, or their completely badass "dip-my-balls-in-it"-like willingness to put Absinthe in any liquid and drink it.

Also, Nadja centers herself, not for the first or second, but before her *third* shot of absinthe. Now that's Zen. ;)

Skip the ice cream. Make sherbet with the absinthe, like they did at St. George's (maker of that crazy monkey absinthe) last weekend at their open house, then pour on rootbeer. :)
