My sympathies for your bout with the Sick(tm). Are you overdosing on vitamin C? I'm never sick and there are reasons for this, which I'll share with you if you like but I won't bother you if you aren't interested.
Meawnhile, I probably won't give you much feeback on your writing until it's in a more complete state. I dont know how to give feeback on sections because I was trained/taught for whole manuscripts.
I can give you personal opinions but they aren't going to be very in depth and might not be very unhelpful.
Comment on what you can. My LJ stuff tends to be rather incomplete no matter what. I can e-mail you a compendium of my shorter stuff...I've never written more than 10,000 words on the same subject before...
Okay as far as the Serge stuff goes: so far I'm liking the world you've built and I have a good imprint of Serge's character. Now I want something to happen. And I need to know why it matters that Serge encountered the Magical Penis or what it's significance was. The same with the guy who wouldn't take the fiver without being treatened. Right now they seem like pieces to a larger puzzle and I can't have a real opinion of them until I see what parts they connect to.
These are questoin I asked people when they submitted things to my magazine because these were things that would matter to readers who would pay money to read them.
When making love, darling, one doesn't simply whip out one's cock, go to work, and leave.
Well, one can, but it's generally considered rude.
Foreplay, darling. There are stacks of hints about where I'm going, about the world they live in...and hopefully I'll be able to tie them together soon.
Hey Mr. can you email me some stuff to read? I am also the Sick. Fastest getting the sick ever. I started getting a little throat itch last night. This morning= the sick. BAH!

Ah, and most of my hardcopy stuff is only my more recent exercises and story beginnings...my older stuff is all original, hand-written, and I'm in no mood to loan them out (to anybody, no offense to you) and I have no time to type them all up right now.
But I have a compendium of work. When can I get it to you?

Anything you give me in hardcopy, I will edit and comment upon for you. I might even be able to help you find a place to send things to.
Assuming you'd do the same for me.
