The Flames of Dominating Majesty are in! Of course, the backwards narrative of LJ meant I read part two first, but it didn't seem to damage the experience. If any thing, quite the reverse.

Perhaps Sarge needs to eventually get the penis. Exactly how it is transfered might be interesting. And why he or someone else gets it. Perhaps an episode written from the pov of the proboscus. You have already explained part of its a motivation to some extent. Just some random thoughts.
