ColloidaLife Trace Minerals (dietary supplement) aren't bad because they are in liquid form and contain electrolytes. It supplies 72 trace elements in a balance of "colloids and ionic electrolytes including Boron, Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Iodine, Indium, Iron, Lithium, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum?, Phosphorus, Potassium, Rhodium", and the list goes on.

2 droppers twice daily and it goes right under your tongue and dissolves faster into the system than pill form. I was told this was better than taking vitamins. I got mine at my local health emporium.

I heard about this through my chiro. I've had it for quite a while. I recommend the "fruit" flavor. I paid $12 wholesale.

Or if you have over $100 to invest, you could always try Dr. Perricone's vitamin supplements or Dr. Murad's vitamin supplements. Around $125 for a six-week supply. I like Dr. Perricone because he has been researching for more than 15 years. And I like Dr. Murad because he bases his products on the "water" principle.

To supplement nail and hair growth, Phyto and Rene Furterer both have really good supplementals for that.

All of these can be found at http://www.sephora.com and or http://www.ulta.com

Colour me impressed.

Dr. Perricone is good, but mainly deals with skin issues.

how much of each vs your weight/height & body type? & what are your other risk factors? (smoking, lack of sleep, high stress, drinking, lack of exercise, conditions in the family etc)

You don't have to tell but do consider those things, they impact how much of what you need every day..

Water soluable - who cares? You'll pee it out.

Fat soluable (A, D, E and K) - take care. It does take a lot, but you can get to a toxic does FAR faster than the water soluable (I think I'm misspelling that...).
