Been ignoring all those Save Tibet bumper stickers?

Watch for five minutes and understand what they're talking about.

You know, this is where the hero in the movies would rush the hill and kill the Chinese to save the pilgrams. But... that's only in the movies. In real life, a man looks on and says it's odd, and he's not used to it being so close. He then goes back to his beef jerky and coffee. He has no gun. Someone in the camp does, tucked away in their sleeper, but no one wants to spend the trip running from the Army of China. They are only travelers.

one of the worst parts for me is finding out that the climbers watched, VERY close up as the soldeirs took those children into custody. They had just seen those soldiers MURDER a 17 year old nun and shoot on 70 unarmed pilgrims andthey LET THEM take away CHILDREN.

Yeah, China kinda blows.

Inappropriately flippant: is your actual name Benjamin Stone? My actual name's Benjamin Stone. Found you offa I, Robo, which I in turn found offa 8-bit Theater. Random. I thought nobody had my name but that lawyer from T.V.

That is, indeed, my real name.
It's curious that for a name that seems so common, you're the first other benjamin sTone that I've encountered.

Also, you're encouraged to hang about here on my LJ.

A new Sir Reginald story by my brother Jason dropped this morning. Also, I hope you've read my Sir Reginald/Atomic Robo crossover pieces. :)

Yeah, I read that in the paper other morning.

Fucking Chinese, isn't it enough that they took over Tibet by force?

Awww, you make me proud of my bumper-sticker. ;)

I think it's nice that we have a U.N., but it isn't accomplishing much until people get together and outlaw imperialism, once and for all. How we can claim to be promoting freedom and democracy as long as any country isn't safe to declare itself free from the rule of another is waaaaay beyond me.
