Okay, so plotting more of the Mo-Lan Devils story is really freaking difficult. I'm trying to use the Louis Cha (aka Jinyong, aka Kam-yung) style of Here-Are-A-Shitload-Of-Characters-And-Weapons-And-Moves-And-Families-And-Plot-Elements storytelling, and it's the first time I've had to draw out a timeline/cast of characters thing on a sheet of paper ( Read more... )

Not that it makes me love you any less, but that is Ebira in those icons and, as you may be aware, Ebi is Japanese for shrimp making Ebira a giant shrimp monster and not a giant lobster monster.
This has been backed up by a local Godzilla expert (not Will).

I have to disagree, he's a shrimp and he looks like a shrimp.
Points of shrimpiness:
One big claw, one little claw
Claws face outwards
Name means shrimp
Fiance agrees, fiance will come over there and hit you
I am drunk
We were at our favorite theatre and there was a quiz before the feature (Gamera 3 I think) about what kinda thing Ebira is. Will answered Shrimp with confidence and was shot down. Will was the sad. Later the Godzilla expert came up to talk and told the host that Ebira was indeed a shrimp. Host gave Will $5. During the movie he went home, got his Ebira figure, came back, during the break between movies made a big scene and gave Will the figure.
