I got my issue #1 last week. Signed, too! :D And with MY NAME! I'm impressed.

That's because you are special.

And probably because you got it from IDW? ( Not sure how I could have personalized it otherwise! )

Yup! Though I was hoping you would have put "Tizzrah" on it even though you couldn't have known. XD LOL.

I thought I recognized the name, but I never remember handles.

I picked up the first issue! My neighborhood comic guy saw me bringin it to the counter and exclaimed "Exellent Choice!" That's at least two people who like it.

Picked it up this afternoon and totally loved it. Also got strange looks from people in the park when I sat down to read it. Note to self, tourists with small children have no appreciation for these sorts of things.

Any idea (that you can disclose) as to why IDW charges so much for shipping? When I couldn't find anywhere locally that had the Wormwood TPBs, I got impatient and looked at ordering from IDW, but unless you're personally delivering packages (hey, there's a marketing idea...), I thought the shipping price was a little insane.

I'm sure they've worked out their business model so they can make a profit, but also remember, they're not trying to compete directly with retailers, who they'd like very much to order their books!

The IDW store, as it's been explained to me, should be seen as a last resort for people who really can't find the books but are still *really* wanting to order them.

Is there going to be 2 different covers on all four issues?

Yup. All of the future ones should be front and back to. It was more about me just wanting to do some larger format painting type images with more cover ideas than I had actual issues... than trying to make people buy two covers! It's a simple 50/50 ratio thing.
