Belated as it is: while your brother's questions have occasionally been excessively prying, there's hardly any need to apologize for it. It might be more convenient for all involved if you could... enlighten his view of the world, instead of having him resort to asking every passerby about it.

To put it incredibly bluntly, you can venture out into the woods, but you'll die. More likely than not.

It isn't impossible to die here; but you just can't die 'permanently'. I'm on my fourth life as it is.
