You handled the subject beautifully! Usually a fic involving eating disorders always end up in tragedy of some sort. :( It's good to see a story about hope for a change!

As far as I know, apple is a negative calorie fruit so it would make him even hungrier after a while, what must have caused the fainting. Pretty accurate, if you ask me! :)

thank you so much! yeah, i didn't want to make it really dramatic and focus more on tom's inner struggles because that's where the brunt of the drama is and even though i love unhappy endings, i wanted tom to see the light like how i did when i stopped, and i'm so glad you liked this because it's really close to home :)
