I like her much. She has a very elfquest look about here.. but based on the coloring I'd go with more of an air/mist elemental.

There was a Djinn in the story "Time in a Bottle" (Dragon magazine 208) who was essentially an energy being that built a physical body for herself out of air molecules. That might work too.
