Whoa. I'm actually writing a paper on the four animals in the Song of Amergin and their relation to Celtic cosmology and views on seership and kingship. (Um, it's a long paper.)

So naturally it's been stuck in my head lately, though a different translation. Stumbling on it again here just feels like a sign that I really better get the damn thing done.

Mmmmmm. I really, really like the first one. And the second one reminds me of Ecclesiastes or similar.
