Ah! I- I touched your name on this glass thing and... you wrote this, right Charlie? D-does the 'Intergalactic Human Rights convention of 2023' protect humans from being taken to this place? You... you shouldn't be here, then, did somebody think that you were dangerous??

The act isn't named properly, or at least, not in my language. People on Earth translate it as human rights, but it'd really be sentient rights or something like that. It makes kidnapping any sentient being a crime, punishable by imprisonment, in this and five other galaxies. So it's still be a crime if they'd taken my boss, Beevor, or any of the other aliens or mutants I work with. But people on Earth are stuck on themselves and think they're the best thing in the universe, even though they're weak and can't band together for anything.

And I shouldn't be here, no. I bet someone thought I was dangerous, becuase they'd be right. I'm the Commander of Space Patrol Delta Earth division, and I was the Red Ranger in the Troobian War. Beevor and I ENDED the war. Plus I'm the commander of S.P.D. on one of the few planets the Troobians didn't completely trash. So, naturally I'm a target for this sort of thing. I just have to figure out who did it, and why... and find a way to get a message to Beevor or Sky.

Ah, s-so not just for humans? For everyone? Ah... t-that makes Nana- makes me very happy... Maybe the outside isn't so bad if everyone is protected. Or maybe Diclonius are EXTRA bad and need to be kept locked away anyway...

You're an important person, then. So this is either not a very bad place to be sent away to and we're here for something good, or this is a VERY very bad place and we should be worried... You won wars and things against-... 'Troobians'? Do Troobians... do they have horns?

The universe is a wonderful place, and everyone thinks Earth is too. I don't like it too much, but maybe it's because I grew up there.

The leader of the Troobians had one big horn on one side of his head--I guess my old C.O. cut the other one off a long time ago.

...How many people are from the future here?

Look around, climb the stairs. You can get most of what you need on the trees, like clothes.

I don't know; you tell me. I just got here. What year is it, for you? I once worked with some rangers from 2005, and the A-squad Red Ranger went back in time to 2007 once...

Last I knew, it was 2007. I don't know about anyone else, but there's someone else who says he's from after this year, too.
