Note: Sprung from this blog, is a verse where Jimmy and Jacob basically are Sam and Dean and the rest is flip flopped. Dean is Castiel's vessel, but in the 2014!Future Castiel jumped out of Dean and he still became the leader of Chitaqua with Jacob becoming the drug addled one.
It was day two of being stuck in the future with no hope of Zachariah quitting being a douche bag and sending him home. Jacob was almost thrilled at the concept.
Except not really.
First thing he decided when he woke up, was to never listen to his own suggestions of sleeping on the floor ever again. His future self decided it was a nice gesture of let him stay with him, but on the floor? Jesus, Jacob hadn’t slept on a floor that uncomfortable since that time in college when he fell asleep on one the roof of his dorm, which had a thin cover of small rocks on it.
He got up and stretched a moment before walking out, only to run into a mostly dressed ex-vessel. “Dean?” Well, this was certainly confusing for the hunter. “What are you…?” And then it made sense. “Wait, you and me? Really?”
Dean chuckled, scratching his bare side a little nervously almost before he said, “It’s only once in a while. He had a rough time with things and I always try to lend him a hand and… Well, you know you.”
Jacob looked past Dean towards the room that looked to bed his future counterpart’s bedroom and nodded. “Yeah. I know….”
