Man, I wish somebody else had seen that.

I hate this time of year. It's the time of year when I have to stop using my duvet. MY SOFT LIKE A CLOUD DUVET. But even worse (and not many things are worse than no longer being able to sleep beneath a could), it's the time of year when I have to leave my window open, thus subjecting myself to the constant, over-dramatically loud, obnoxious, inane ( Read more... )

But at little angsty absence, no? I could hangle that. For a couple of episodes. AS LONG AS HE DOES COME BACK.

BLARGH, LAURA. We all knew it wasn't going to last, but that doesn't make it any easier to part with that adorable face of his.

thus subjecting myself to the constant, over-dramatically loud, obnoxious, inane noises of my stupid college student neighbors, with their stupid music, and their stupid smoking, and their stupid conversations, and their stupid lives

Someone played a giant concert in the middle of the afternoon yesterday on the little courtyard right next to my dorm. SO ANNOYING. Don't they know people are trying to nap, or just don't want to listen to your crappy cover band?

Oh, dude, I HEAR YOU. The students living in the houses behind mine have a drum kit. And all they ever do is listen to Red Hot Chili Peppers 24/7. And I like that band, BUT NOT FROM 8am to 2am. I can be pretty selfish, but I can't even imagine infringing on another persons space like that. AND, YES, WHAT ABOUT AFTERNOON NAPS? WHAT ABOUT THOSE? Maybe I should go put a note in their mailbox letting them know that they are, in face, NOT AS COOL AS THEY THINK.

CLEVELAND, FLOYD? REALLY? COME ON!

SRSLY. I kept waiting for them to take it back. :P Floyd, you're adorable, stay forevs! (On the other hand, Jack/Liz, what??)

Even though I don't really 'ship him and Liz, I was really disappointed that Floyd is leaving already. Of course, the whole episode I couldn't stop thinking about Alec Baldwin's latest asshattery, so it wasn't much of an enjoyable experience for me, Floyd-leavage withstanding.

The three or so reviews I've seen of the latest episode of Dr. Who have been firmly in the negative column. How is it holding up otherwise? Not too well, I gather, if you've only liked 2 of the 5 episodes (since Rose left, right? Because this was episode 4, wasn't it?)

NOTwithstanding! *headdesk*

I swear, my brain leaked out of my ears at some point in the last month or so, I can't write a single comment without messing up somehow. (Now watch me post this and realize my correction has an error.)

I was really hoping he'd be around for longer too. I know he can't be the main focus of the show, and I didn't want him to become the main focus of the show, but I was hoping he'd be around casually for longer.

I figure that since he's still working right there at 30 Rockefeller, he'll be back at some point. At least if he stays at SNL.

I'm sure the asshattery implications will diminish with time, but this episode it was just so fresh! And my love for the show is usually tied up mostly in Liz's interactions with Jack (though not really in a 'shippy sense) and this time I just wanted him gone.

The closer we got to the premiere, the more I realized that I just wasn't interested in watching the Doctor without Rose. And I don't miss it at all. But then again, I'm not really loving anything on TV right now. Maybe I should rewatch Farscape season 3? ;-)

YOU TELL'EM, ERIN.

I know this isn't the Liz and Floyd show, but can't they see what a good thing they have going? WHY WASTE THAT SO SOON? Did you ever watch Ally McBeal? Didn't Robert Downey jr leave that show and then come back? IT SHOULD BE LIKE THAT.
