Like, yes, England being pretty important in the magical/supernatural realm.
There are reasons.
Gabriel was...well, he somehow made it in there and I swear I wasn't expecting it. Originally it was going to be Balthazar, but oh well. Heh.

I can give you the simple explanation, or the deep-as-hell soul-searching explanation. xD
First.
Not sure if you're familiar with the Supernatural series, but Dean has a sublime obsession with pie. Like, pie = sex. Simply put. The American part fits with the fact that the setting really revolves around, well, America.
And second;
There's a song by that name that really fits with the Winchesters' lifestyle and the undertones of this story.
I was just going to make it comical and add America and Dean bickering over their pie of choice at the end, but it somewhat slipped my mind when I finally decided on a proper enough ending. |D
