Wow, I can't believe I stumbled onto a Guzman/Mira fic! I was just capping the Pilot earlier and wishing Guzman and his daughter, Tasha, could have stuck around for the series when I stumbled onto that intriguing glance.

This was terrific! Thank you for writing it. Your ficlet also gives me a good head-canon for the Guzmans' sudden disappearance that doesn't clash with the show's canon. :)
