My immune system tends to be weak because I was unwell as a teenager but because I've improved over the past couple of years I stopped taking vitamins. This year I've gone a little downhill though so thanks for the reminder, I might start taking something over the Winter!

In the past I've taken echinacea drops and garlic tablets, and haven't been sick. I know I've taken CoEnzyme containing B12 before. I'll go to my pharmacy and see what's available.
