I've been at a really weird one with processed wheat. My partner's been collaborating with the "folic acid fortification champion" who... by all measures, seriously reduced spina bifida and related significant threats to life in the United States.
But his mindset fixates on the fortification process, and it doesn't work the same way with rice (which is the standard grain where most people live), and doesn't reach people who eat whole wheat.
So much of the stuff you've listed sounds incredibly delicious, and I say this as a picky eater who's always looking for new vegetarian recipes. So I'll give you a recommendation, since you like smoothies:
Option one (if you like sour stuff and lemonade) Blend one whole lemon, one whole banana, and one whole avocado with some ice. Be happy.
Option two: Mix a tablespoon of honey with a handful of frozen strawberries and blueberries. Add a whole avocado and whole banana. Think to yourself, "Why didn't Zawn tell me about this sooner?"
