FB can be rough for a lot of people. I don't know how I've managed to avoid the ugliness so many of my friends seem to experience. Good luck finding something that works for you.

I hope you get to go to the Sikh chanting next time! Glad your new medication is working better. I've been on buproprion and it's been working better than anything else I've tried lately. It's nice when something works right and you don't have to keep trying new ones and dealing with nasty side effects.
