What do I most feel a lack of in my life? What do I have the most unfilled yearning for? What do I most quickly start missing when I don't have it?

these are so helpful! thank you for sharing. my therapist wants me to start making goals and i was pretty overwhelmed at first. i got tons of racing thoughts and unneeded anxiety. this post gave me some comfort and hush those thoughts down and gave me some ideas on how to approach things in a calm and healthy matter, thank you again bel! <3
