I think there is a need for the ability in life to root out those who we can make connections with and accepting of us in life. I wish this was easier or made easier when lifestyles deviate away from social norms, I guess. I feel this to be a life need for me and others who surround me.

+More spoons. Or just longer-lasting spoons. Especially social interaction spoons.

This new place I've moved into is amazing, but my housemates are really social. I've got social anxiety and am seriously introverted, so it's just exhausting on such a deep level when they want me to come out of my room and interact for hours at a time.

I really do genuinely like my housemates, and I don't dislike the interaction with them. But like I said above, it's just exhausting and then leads to me hiding in my room to "recharge" for a couple of days.

+For things to stay around baseline. Like my pain levels. Or my moods. Since I've got bipolar II, my worst times are when my mood swings away from baseline.

I need a spell for peace in my sister's life. She is coming out of an abusive relationship and I *think* she is starting to turn a corner. A boost of courage would help.
