stats is logic, not math

My life has been completely snowed under for the past two weeks by three big stats assignments all due NOW. I've been incredibly stressed about it, but only because they're a huge percent of my grade, not because of the actual work. I feel really confident about my skills with stats ( Read more... )

In math, I think the first couple of teachers either show you how to love it or how to hate it.

This is so true: stats isn't math, it's logic. I went to a college that would willingly sub out a math course for stats and I took advantage of that (because math and I are not friends) but I remember a few classmates who were math majors taking stats to "let loose"...

I think it's awesome that you've found something makes so much sense to you. :)
