I'm sorry I've been absent here, and I have gotten too behind to truly catch up. I'm going to try as soon as possible. Right now I am feeling achingly anxious and am not sure why, I can't calm down. I hate feeling like that. I've experienced it lately, too, and I'm honestly not really sure what made it go away. Maybe sleep? Not sure. Anyway, I too have been absent from here and am too far behind to truly catch up. But I wanted to say welcome back anyway :)

I can identify with that feeling - sometimes sleep helps me with it, othertimes I need a sort of 'reset' like you suggested...nature, music, something that takes me out of myself for a bit.
