Your energy work class sounds really neat. I would like to do that someday but I'm not in the right mindset at all now. I'm so clouded. The exercise you mention at the end sounds like something I do in my head already but I never get to a point where I feel clarity about any situation.
Do you get migraines a lot? That definitely sounds like you had one. Mine only go away if I nap for a few hours in a dark room.
