As much as it sounds horribly painful, I am glad you cracked. That much sorrow is not supposed to be held in too long, although sometimes we do for survival. I hear the sadness is very painful and I'm simply there, sitting with you.
Looking back on your entries recently, the past months, even though you've been learning some wondeful things and writing some wonderful posts, I get a sense of mounting pain *nod*
I'm glad your spirit called out and you're being true to how you feel, even though that means hurting. I'll be reading.
