Aha, I saw your twitter and, no kidding, spent a while wondering if a 'power plant' was also a type of plant! *g* I had a similar unexpectedly positive reaction to the peat-fuelled power plant at Bellacorick in County Mayo - it's in beautiful countryside, with a magic bridge beside it (no, really! ... well, kind of. You run a stone along the edge and it whistles. Exotic enough to me now; wonderful for an eight year old, like I was when I visited it). It was demolished a couple of years ago, and I just now came across this romantic eulogy to it by a local priest.
I have been feeling pretty low and alone lately and don't bother posting about it or reaching out to others because when I have in the past I've felt misunderstood a lot or have been told I'm just too much/intense/a complainer/negative/whatever.
I've been having a lot of anxiety and crying jags and 'what's the point' thoughts.
