i have a set of five, five-pointed stars on my left calf with the color of the birth stone for my maternal great-grandmother (who died when i was 19 at 98 years old), my maternal grandmother, my mom, my little sister, and myself. your tattoo idea reminds me of that a little bit. :-)
wow, you have so many ideas! I love the drawing that you did- you clearly have given it a lot of thought, and seriously I have given much, much worse drawings to tattoo artists before. I draw super tragically, so much that whenever I try to draw something to illustrate a point in my classes, my students audibly groan :)
also, i´ve never heard of sheela-na-gigs before and I am going to have to research that! It says on your link that there are some in Spain so during my remaining time here and on visits to England I really want to go see some examples. Thanks for sharing!
